Precious Metal Pricing

Because sterling silver and gold are traded commodities, market prices may fluctuate significantly from day to day.

In-Stock Pieces: The price displayed at the time an in-stock item is purchased will be honored.

Made-to-Order and Special-Order Pieces: Pricing is based on prevailing precious-metal costs and may require confirmation before the order is accepted for production. An order confirmation or payment authorization does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of a made-to-order or special-order purchase.

If a significant change in the market price of silver or gold occurs before a made-to-order or special-order piece has been accepted for production, American Buckle may contact the customer with updated pricing. The customer will have the opportunity to approve the revised price before production begins. American Buckle also reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled at the originally displayed price.
